There is only one file in this folder: index.html. When you follow the invalid link below NetPresenz looks in the directory above and uses the missing.shtml file in that folder.

The source to the link below is:

Notice that notafile.html does not exist, yet following the link below returns a valid file (in this case missing.shtml).
